Food Service Supervisor

FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR NOC 62020

Responsibilities:

1. Establish methods to meet work schedules.
2. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
3. Hire food service staff.
4. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
5. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
6. Ensure food service and quality control.
7. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
8. Establish work schedules.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Wage: $17.50 per hour

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time

Language: English
