College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Tasks

1. Establish methods to meet work schedules.
2. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
3. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
4. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
