Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Blenz coffee in Innovation Centre, 460 Doyle Ave #104, Kelowna, BC V1Y 2A2

Salary

$18.27 per hour / 30 to 35 hours per week

Terms of Employment

Permanent employment, Full time, Starts as soon as possible, 2 vacancies

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Supervision

Supervision of 3-4 people.
