Food Service Supervisor

Job Details

• Location: 143 Main St, Morrisburg, ON K0C 1X0
• Workplace Information: On site
• Salary: $17.50 to $19.00 per hour (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning
• Starts: As soon as possible
• Vacancies: 2 vacancies

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
