Tasks:

1. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
2. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
3. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
4. Package take-out food
5. Portion and wrap foods
6. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
7. Stock refrigerators and salad bars
8. Take customers' orders
9. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
10. Handle and store cleaning products
11. Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
12. Remove kitchen garbage and trash
13. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
14. Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
