As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will:

1. Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards is delivered at all times.
2. Prepare and serve Barista style coffees.
3. Describe food & beverages to The Pointe Restaurant standards.
4. Ensure all allergies and dietary requests are managed.
5. Preparation and cleanup of Driftwood Cafe and The Pointe Restaurant for ensuing shifts.
6. Carry Room Service trays between buildings and to guest rooms (indoor/outdoor).
7. Food running and complete menu knowledge.
8. Use of Silverware Point of Sale system.
9. Clearing and setting tables.
10. Assisting servers in any way possible.
11. Stocking and managing inventory levels.
12. Work with appropriate food handling guidelines.
13. Balancing of cash-outs.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

1. General knowledge of food, wine, beer and spirits.
2. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced fine dining environment.
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs/13.6 kgs.
4. An appreciation for detail and customer service.
5. Professional and positive attitude in every aspect of the position.
6. Consistent punctuality and dedication.
7. A calm, polite and composed demeanor.
