Production Tech 2 (DL)

This is an essential intermediate position within Creation Technologies, tasked with handling moderately complex production technical process activities, advanced troubleshooting, and contributing to improvement projects. This role is a stepping stone for professionals looking to deepen their manufacturing technical expertise, offering a blend of hands-on experience and involvement in improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

1. Advanced troubleshooting down to the root cause level and identification of process improvement opportunities.
2. Engaging in the setup and operation of Intermediate level manufacturing equipment to existing specifications, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
3. Handling intermediate level production tasks and issues as necessary, ensuring compliance with quality standards and that products meet process specifications.
4. Providing support in basic daily and weekly appraisal and rudimentary maintenance of equipment and tools necessary for the electronic manufacturing processes.
5. Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of electronics processes and assembly, with an ability to interpret technical documentation effectively.
6. Executing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
7. Tackling complex technical problems independently, proposing feasible solutions, and effectively communicating them to appropriate stakeholders.
8. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, sharing insights, and contributing to decision-making.
9. Executing and supporting the integration of new technologies and systems, providing feedback to enhance efficiency and product performance.
10. Ensuring accurate records and adherence to protocols.
11. Supporting continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on existing processes and implementing and optimizing production processes.
12. Conducting intermediate level troubleshooting and problem-solving, providing expert-level technical support to the manufacturing team.
13. Leading projects or sub-projects under the broader scope of manufacturing programs, coordinating with engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery.
14. Providing technical support and guidance to junior technicians, enhancing team skills and productivity.

Flying Probe Testing Experience Required.

Duration: Fixed Term 3-6 month contract

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $21-25 hour depending on experience.
