FLUID PUMPING OPERATOR

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Fluid Pumping Operator position is to perform and maintain job requirements for specific contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver, operate, organize and maintain pumping equipment.
2. Organize job requirements and follow up on any requests made by Customer.
3. Communicate with Supervisor and relay information to Dispatch as necessary.
4. Work Site training and auditing.
5. Meeting with customers and ensuring satisfaction of work.
6. Mentoring new operators as required.
7. Ensuring employees are operating in a professional manner and following S.O.P’s.
8. Ensuring field issues are rectified and customers and operators satisfied.
9. Hazard ID’s and all safety documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications for the Supervisor role are as follows:

1. Three (3) Years Class 1 Driving Experience.
2. Previous Coil Tubing and/or Cementing Experience an asset.
3. Ability to multitask.
4. Positive attitude.
5. Excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions

Working conditions will vary and include, but are not limited to:

Working remotely from customer locations, evening and weekend work, working outdoors, working in adverse weather conditions, and working with challenging clients.
