About The Opportunity

This is a unique role requiring a dynamic individual who is the Subject Matter Expert in Flight Centre’s Air Distribution systems, including multiple GDS and TPConnects solutions. You will provide technical support and consultancy to internal and external businesses, working with our consultant support teams, brands, Project Management & Engineering (PM&E), vendors, and management. You will be responsible for handling third-level support escalations and delivering proactive support to improve consultant and support agent knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with NDC and Air Content & Distribution as a technology specialist/analyst
• Experience in business analysis or project management
• Experience in process design and implementation/delivery roles
• Maintain an understanding of our Air Distribution systems and their business impacts
• Provide high-level technical assistance by handling third-level support escalations
• Proactively identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and communicate business risks and opportunities
• Articulate business requirements for system changes
• Liaise with internal support business to ensure consistency in delivery
• Release management including signing-off testing and deployment of system releases
• Provide expertise for upskilling of Support & Off-shore team members
• Support technical implementations across markets and brands
• Manage and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the travel industry with Air Distribution systems
• 1-2 years’ leadership experience
• Experience with NDC and Air Content & Distribution
• Experience in business analysis or project management
• Experience in process design and implementation/delivery roles

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $90,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors.
