My client, a reputable general contractor, is looking for an experienced Finishing Site Superintendent to oversee the interior finishing phases of ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in high-end finishes, scheduling, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage interior finishing for ICI construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship
• Oversee subcontractors, trades, and site staff to maintain project timelines and budgets
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Coordinate material deliveries, schedules, and punch lists to ensure seamless execution
• Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Clients to address challenges and ensure project success
• Maintain a strong site presence and enforce quality control measures

• 5+ years of local experience as a Site Superintendent specializing in ICI interior finishing
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishing techniques
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Must reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work
