Our Finance team
Our finance team is growing and we’re looking for a Financial Risk Manager to join us. The role is responsible for understanding our prudential regulatory requirements, working on projects and submissions relating to these and collaborating with teams across the bank.
You will need to have a breadth of knowledge and experience across prudential regulation, ideally covering recovery and resolution planning, ICAAP, solvent wind down (SWDP), and reverse stress testing. You will have the ability to independently interpret a range of regulations, determine the impact of those on the bank, and to manage projects to implement them.
As part of Monzo’s Financial Risk team you’ll also learn how we protect the Bank from financial stress, and how we manage the risks to our capital resources.
Decisions around the allocation of capital are central to Monzo achieving its strategy and building enterprise value. As such this is an exciting and broad role for an individual looking to build their experience and influence the direction of a unique business going through significant growth.
You will need to have great financial analysis skills, combined with the ability to support a wide range of stakeholders.
