The impact you will have:
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making by leveraging advanced Power BI reporting and business analysis capabilities. This position focuses on developing financial models, generating insights through data visualization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and revenue growth.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning.
- Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports to visualize financial and operational data.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business needs, and align financial strategies.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts, providing detailed commentary.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and business intelligence tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and creating interactive dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
