Job Description:AccountabilitiesTraining- Participating and facilitating new hire training, as directed by management.
- Developing and maintaining training materials and quizzes for the teams by working collaboratively with the training facilitators and management.
- Identifying training gaps and QC trends and proactively raising these to management.
- Leading the dedicated question period for analysts.
100% Pre-Quality Control (QC)- Performing Pre-Quality Control checks on new hire alerts and filling out the New Hire checklist accurately.
- Identifying trends in 100% Pre QC for new hires where further training or retraining may be required.
- Ensuring feedback provided to new hires is in line with policies and procedures.
Risk Management and Mitigation- Staying abreast of regulatory and procedural changes that may impact the team.
- Proactively coming up with solutions when regulatory and procedural changes occur.
- Ensuring adherence to TD internal policies and procedures.
- Identifying gaps in procedures and processes as detected and escalating to management.
Efficiency- Effectively multi-task multiple projects simultaneously based on business and team needs.
- Work on multiple high-priority items within tight deadlines.
- Finding and creating strategies for more efficient work and workflow.
- Prioritize assignments and effectively communicate to management deadlines.
Measurable Targets- Meet the productivity ratio set by management.
- Target will be adjusted for project time.
Ad-Hoc- Assist manager with work assignments as necessary.
EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience
