The Blueprint

The Senior Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, in coordinating, managing, administering, and organizing daily operations. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion, as the role involves frequent interactions with senior management across Tridel’s various operating companies, Board members, and shareholders.

A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities

  • Organize and manage the EVP & CFO's daily calendar, including meetings with internal and external parties.
  • Develop a planning document for quarterly Board meetings and monthly Operational Reviews.
  • Handle communication with meeting participants and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Oversee invoice approvals, prepare expense summaries, and manage offsite record storage.
  • Organize social events for the Asset Management team and coordinate catering for meetings.
  • Support the Asset Management team and work with other Executive Assistants for a cohesive environment.
  • Coordinate with external parties and handle calls, emails, and scheduling for consultants and Shareholders.
  • Anticipate the needs of the EVP & CFO and take on tasks to support leadership.

The Architect of Your Success

  • Minimum 10 years of previous professional and administrative experience, preferably in a direct support role to an executive or executive team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management ability.
  • Developed emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build professional relationships across the organization and with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
