Base pay range

CA$120,000.00/yr - CA$150,000.00/yr

Permanent role, hybrid 3x per week on-site in Bradford, ON.

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Financial Controller to join a Canadian agricultural client. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), and the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Financial Controller manages and oversees all accounting activities and ensures the accurate records of incoming and outgoing funds of the company and all aspects of the finance and accounting department. Rooted in the company vision and core values, the Financial Controller assesses all financials, accounting, budgeting, tax compliance, and various special analyses. They are responsible for cash management, risk management, budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Furthermore, they implement financial systems, including but not limited to record management, preparing financial reports and statements, and communicating with managers/supervisors, upper management, and shareholders throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller
• ADP Payroll
• Quickbooks
• Analysis & recommendation of financial controls
• Has streamlined financial processes in the past

Compensation:

$120K - $150K per year + full benefits packages

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D.
