About the Role

As a Temporary Financial Analyst, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting financial data, ensuring compliance, and aiding strategic decision-making. Acting as a key link between departments, you'll broaden your financial expertise, contribute to high-impact projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Collect, interpret, and analyze financial data to support business decisions.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts by evaluating company financial records.
• Investment Analysis: Evaluate financial trends and assess investment opportunities based on historical data and market conditions.
• Financial Modeling: Use spreadsheet models to predict financial outcomes and assist in strategic planning.
• Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks, analyze economic trends, and perform competitor analysis.
• Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and stay informed about industry standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare reports and presentations for executives and key stakeholders.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reports and analyses.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• CFA designation or currently pursuing CFA certification.
• Experience with advanced financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Knowledge of economic trends, financial regulations, and investment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building with key stakeholders.
