What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting management in the preparation of presentations for operational reviews, board meetings and meetings with investors, analysts and rating agencies.
  • Maintaining and updating integrated operational reports and analysis.
  • Preparing financial projections for equity investors or lenders as required.
  • Assisting the finance lead and key contact with operational business units and management on annual budgeting process. The budget process includes the preparation of operating statements for approximately 50 business units and a consolidated balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
  • Providing proactive analysis and support for key business improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Responding to business needs for additional analysis and reporting to aid strategic decision making.
  • Assisting with the preparation and enhancing of KPI reporting for management.
  • Performing other duties as assigned

What you need to know:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Management, Finance, and or Accounting
  • One (1) to three (3) years’ relevant financial analysis experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills for reporting (i.e. Pivot Tables, V Look Up, Logical Formulas)
  • Strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge
  • Self-starter, ability to learn quickly, ability to adapt to change.
  • A sense of urgency and results oriented.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Unquestionable integrity.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
