Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial forecasts and budgets
• Perform financial audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Assist in the development of financial models and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for performance improvement
• Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis principles and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with investment banking or corporate finance preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Dynamics GP
• Ability to use data visualization tools such as Power BI to present financial information effectively
• Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $52,878.24-$80,152.74 per year
