I am looking for a senior financial analyst for my client in the real estate and construction sector. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode in Brossard.

Responsibilities

• Manage the various treasuries of developing entities and participate in monthly requests for funds from investors;
• Coordinate monthly funding requests;
• Design financial analysis reports and perform various monthly variance analyses and upon request;
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports to submit to investors;
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements;
• Assist accounting technicians with accounting entries;
• Coordinate deliveries of condominium units with notaries.

Minimum Requirements

• Accounting title required (CPA or CFA asset);
• BAC in accounting or finance;
• More than 4 years of experience in a similar position or experience in an accounting firm;
• Construction experience (asset).
