Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct change analysis, develop plans, and manage impact. Oversee organizational change activities and drive end-user adoption for technology projects.
Create processes and implement tools for quick change adoption. Continuously improve methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Assess current state, identify impacts, and measure adoption. Manage revisions and upstream/downstream effects while driving usage and proficiency of initiatives.
Create and manage comprehensive communication strategies and plans to engage stakeholders throughout change initiatives.
Develop tailored training programs and content to equip employees with necessary skills for Workday changes.
Work with leadership to deliver engaging communications and activities that drive understanding of key changes.
Create global communication materials to generate momentum, raise awareness, and minimize disruption across stakeholder groups.
Create and maintain comprehensive technology documentation as source of truth for tools and best practices.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting project scope, schedule, and quality.
Prepare and present change management processes for audits.
Ensure proper documentation of system functionalities and integrations.
Conduct detailed stakeholder analysis and impact assessments, including quantitative and qualitative evaluations to drive data-driven change strategies.
Engage stakeholders across organizational levels to communicate change vision, gather feedback, and build support through strong relationships.
Assess organizational impact on people, processes, and technology. Develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and ensure adoption.
Drive change management principles across global initiatives, understanding stakeholder readiness and resistance throughout the change journey.
Identify and address change resistance while developing support strategies to guide stakeholders through Workday implementation transformations.
Define, track, and analyze KPIs for change initiatives, evaluating adoption and impact to refine strategies and improve future efforts.
Partner with experts and leaders to drive change strategies, resolve risks, and guide global teams through finance transformations.
Adapt strategies to align operational needs with organizational goals, while driving continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Development, Change Management, Psychology, Communications or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in change management and/or communications related to strategic transformations and technology implementation.
Prior involvement in IT implementations, particularly with expertise in Workday or ERP rollouts is advantageous.
Proven track record in managing enterprise-wide change processes and developing organizational change strategies.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead large-scale cross-organizational transformation programs.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies with hands-on experience in driving adoption and managing stakeholder expectations.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, delivering engaging training sessions and workshops both in-person and remotely.
Strong visualization abilities using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and similar tools.
Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguous situations, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Proficient in project management methodologies with excellent communication skills and drive to understand complex systems.
Preferred:
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR or ACMP).
Previous work experience in the professional services industry.
