We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as Finance Officer – Payroll.

Commence: By negotiation

Tenure: Part-Time (2–3 days per week)

Role Overview: As the Finance Officer – Payroll, you will play a key role in the efficient and accurate processing of payroll and related financial functions. Working as part of our Business Office team, this position supports staff by ensuring payroll compliance, maintaining data integrity, and managing key reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process fortnightly payroll and manage employee records
• Perform end-of-month, EOFY, and compliance functions
• Maintain superannuation, leave liability, and reconciliation processes
• Support onboarding and offboarding of staff in payroll systems
• Provide accurate payroll data and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Respond to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with finance team support and ad hoc project work as required
