Sun Valley Honda is under new ownership and we are looking to grow our finance department by adding an experienced Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:
Perform credit interview, prepare credit application, verify accuracy of all material information on the credit application, and submit to lender.
Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance.
Set sales goals, track progress, and manage team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
Assist customers in selecting the right financing, insurance, and protection packages by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of financial products.
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Develop new financial sources, as well as maintain strong relationships with current lenders.
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
Any other job-related tasks.
Requirements:
Previous dealership and management experience is a plus but not required.
Sub-Prime experience.
Leadership skills with a passion for training fellow employees.
Enthusiasm and motivation with high energy throughout the sales workday.
Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
