Position Summary:
Oversee financial planning, reporting and budget management
Conduct financial risk assessments
Lead investment strategy and audit readiness
Support payroll, employee benefits and WCB Claims oversight
Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy
Guide and mentor a high-performing finance team
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of financial or accounting management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Demonstrated leadership in strategic financial decision-making
Ability to manage multiple projects by strategically prioritizing work to align with organizational goals
Collaborative team player with a track record of building strong working relationships across departments
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with Canadian Payroll Association or Project Management certification
