Role Description

1. Supporting the Sales and Finance departments to drive overall success
2. Delivering exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships
3. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of all finance and insurance products offered
4. Communicating with financial institutions to secure and maximize loan approvals
5. Collecting all required documentation and stipulations for funding from banks
6. Ensuring the legal and financial integrity of the dealership is protected
7. Performing administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the department

Qualifications

1. Proven leadership and team-building abilities
2. Solid understanding of both prime and sub-prime lending markets
3. Strong knowledge of finance and lease contracts
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
5. Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
6. Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
7. Previous automotive finance experience is an asset; willing to train the right candidate
