Job Summary:
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to lead a team of remarkable salespeople to provide an outstanding customer service experience for all clients. You will assist in sales negotiations and writing up deals, oversee maintenance and improvement of showroom aesthetics and cleanliness, train and guide sales consultants, execute company policies and procedures, and more.

Wage: Commission only, can earn up to $130k/year!
Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday
The job:
- Lead all sales consultants and oversee new and used sales, participate in negotiations, and offer guidance, tips, and training.
- Attract and retain great talent by creating an excellent work environment.
- Execute all company policies and processes effectively.
- Offer new ideas to improve customer service and workplace functionality.
- Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives.
- Keep all documents and information safe and secure.
The requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the powersports industry.
- Strong financial acumen.
- A passion for leading and managing change for continuous improvement.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license required.
- Experience riding motorcycles is an asset.
