NACG, a leading multinational company listed on the NYSE and TSX, is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to support our Finance team for a 17-month contract role. The Finance Team is seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to oversee the consolidation of financial results and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role is critical in managing interim reviews and annual audits, coordinating monthly and quarterly close schedules for both domestic and international operations, and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations. The successful candidate will also manage the company's chart of accounts (COA), corporate finance, and reporting functions within the company's ERP and financial reporting tools.
