About the Opportunity

• Oversees the Finance Department, including Financial Accounting.
• Coordinates payroll processing in collaboration with a team member.
• Supports recruitment and employee transitions.
• Manages client-focused bookkeeping and payroll, primarily addressing inquiries.
• Prepares monthly financial reporting packages in a cyclical business environment.

About You

• 3 years of accounting experience
• 1-2 years of team management experience
• Proficiency in German (reading and writing) required
• Experience with QuickBooks and CRM Systems (MS Dynamics)
• Knowledge of ASPE and German Reporting Standards

Salary Range
$90,000 to $100,000/year
