About the role

Are you detail-oriented, business-savvy, and ready to make a significant impact? As Reckitt's Global Financial Controller, you will have a critical role in delivering clarity and direction to financial operations worldwide. Guarding against risks and seeking out opportunities for improvement, you will become an essential piece of our puzzle, keeping us balanced and pointed towards success. Your analysis will shape the financial health of our global operations and reveal opportunities for greater efficiency.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  1. Develop and present monthly budget analysis, including variance explanations and suggested action plans.
  2. Collaborate with Heads of Services to price services accurately, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  3. Analyse external invoices against budgets and manage transparent market recharge processes.
  4. Serve as the liaison for the Corporate Controllership, rolling out defined process controls and reporting operational performance.
  5. Address control issues effectively, working with Corporate Controllership to remedy any identified weaknesses.
  6. Partner with Finance and Leadership teams to monitor and report on financial benefits cases, including business cases and continuous improvement initiatives.

The experience we're looking for

- Strong track record of meticulous financial control and risk mitigation.
- Analytical abilities with a firm grasp of financial analysis and reporting.
- Proven expertise in fostering teamwork and encouraging active involvement from all stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with the ability to present clear, actionable insights.
- Capacity to organise efficiently and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using financial systems, accounting principles, and internal control frameworks to guide business decisions.

US salary ranges

CAD $143,000.00 - $215,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
