The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in connecting financial insights with operational strategy. By serving as a bridge between finance and key business functions, this role ensures that decisions are grounded in data and aligned with long-term financial goals. Your impact will be felt across the organization by shaping revenue forecasts and managing costs, enhancing cash flow and advising leadership on performance trends. This is a hybrid role based in our Montréal office location.

Target Salary for this role is $125,000-$140,000 CAD + annual bonus

In This Role, Your Main Accountabilities Will Be

1. Lead the analysis and reporting of country-level financial statements, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
2. Monitor and report orders, revenue, backlog, and fixed costs to track financial health and identify growth opportunities.
3. Partner cross-functionally with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Operations, and Treasury teams to ensure cohesive financial execution and alignment.
4. Drive accuracy in revenue recognition and cash flow forecasts, contributing to financial planning, risk mitigation, and long-term business sustainability.
5. Support the budgeting and forecasting cycle, helping business units plan effectively.
6. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating financial data into strategic insights that drive operational excellence.

To make the above work, we are seeking a finance professional with:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting.
2. 5+ years of finance or accounting experience; at least 2 years of experience in a senior finance role.
3. Experience performing and monitoring internal controls.
4. Relevant international experience and cross-cultural communication skills.
5. Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills and solid SAP knowledge/experience (CO/FI) preferred.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French. Fluency in French is required. English is also required to communicate regularly with clients outside of Quebec.
