Our client, Premier Health of America, a specialized healthcare services leader, is seeking a Director of Operations.

Reporting to the CEO and in collaboration with the Executive Committee, the Director of Operations oversees three (3) divisions of Premier Health of America located in the northern crown.

Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in business administration, management, or another relevant field.
• 10 years of relevant experience in service companies.
• Experience in managing operations in a growth environment.
• Good knowledge of labor standards and accounting notions.
• High level of comfort with technologies (ease of understanding different platforms and using them well).
• Implementation and monitoring of KPIs.
• Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written.
