Your Opportunity

Our office located in Manotick, ON is looking for a reliable and friendly File Clerk to join our Administration team, full-time and in office for a 2-month contract (March – May 2025) and own the following responsibilities:

  1. Assembly of client paper tax files
  2. Assist with obtaining signatures for various documents from clients coming into the office
  3. Maintaining a first in-first out filing system for physical files
  4. Assist with data entry, scanning and maintenance of online files

Your experience and education

  1. Bilingual (French & English)
  2. Minimum of 1 year of working experience in an administrative or similar role
  3. Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  4. Team oriented
  5. Professional business communication skills, courteous and friendly
  6. Knowledgeable in computer systems with the ability to learn new systems quickly
