Field Supervisor (Roofing)

Job Description

We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Field Supervisor for the Kitchener area. We are looking for a self-starter, with a high level of professional integrity, good work ethic and a strong competitive drive. The ideal candidate must possess the following abilities and knowledge to be successful in this position:

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise multiple production/service crews
2. Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
3. Planning jobs for labor crews
4. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
5. Daily communications with the customer
6. Planning and executing a successful project
7. Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for projects

Job Qualifications

1. Must have good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety
2. Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
3. A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
4. 3+ year’s supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction
5. Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)
