Who You Are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, or equivalent related work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a project management role required
  • 4-6 years of work experience in a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and execute project including the equipment necessary to achieve this plan
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with associated departments (i.e., Engineering, Sales, Finance and Production)
  • Responsible for project(s) up to $15 million revenue annually
  • Responsible for training new Project Managers on process, including Visual.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Must possess the ability to work flexible hours, and will be based upon the needs of the department, to include evening and/or weekend hours on a limited basis
  • Some travel required (10%-40%)
