Your area of responsibility:

1. Product Evaluation: Plan and conduct field trials, assess new product performance, and provide detailed reports.
2. Technical Support: Address technical issues, act as a liaison between customers and our lab.
3. Market Insights & Collaboration: Work with sales on projects, identify new product needs, and understand the competitive landscape.
4. Product Expertise: Specialize in industrial fluids and greases for various industrial segments and provide application input for new product development projects.
5. Sales Support: Offer product recommendations, technical training, and provide technical solutions.
6. Business Development: Support sales campaigns and proposals.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

1. Bi-lingual in both French and English
2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering required (Mechanical, Chemical, or Automotive preferred).
3. 3+ years of experience in lubricants.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Certified Lubrication Specialist (STLE) is a plus.
6. Experience in commercial and industrial segments, with roles in field service, technical sales, or lubricant management.
7. Knowledge of lubricant application, use, and maintenance.
8. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret laboratory tests.

Travel

1. 60%-80% travel, within Eastern Canada.
