Overview:

Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Sherwood Park office is seeking a Field Office Administrator for an 8–12-month term. This role reports to the Supervisor of Field Administration and supports the Sherwood Park Control Center (SPCC), Conventional Pipelines business unit (CBU), and Oilsands Business unit (OBU). The Field Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and technical training support for the Sherwood Park field office.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Support Pembina’s safety culture of "Zero by Choice" and the “Life Saving Rules”.
  • Creation and editing of meeting minutes, operational procedures, and documents;
  • Assist in designing and updating internal websites or portals to ensure accurate and user-friendly content;
  • Manage and maintain the Control Center schedule using SchedulePro or similar scheduling software;
  • Creating, reviewing & updating SAP & SuccessFactors Learning uploads, Excel, and Word documents;
  • Performing data entry into SharePoint and other databases;
  • Scan documents for electronic filing and maintaining the file room;
  • Assisting with corporate credit card reconciliation, travel planning and booking;
  • Supporting the Corporate Community Investment initiative;
  • Provide backup administrative support and reception coverage;
  • Assisting other business or service units as necessary;
  • Attending mandatory safety training;
  • Continually seek out opportunities to improve efficiency & productivity of processes or systems;
  • Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace; and
  • Performing other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Grade 12 Diploma; Business Administration Certificate or Diploma is preferred;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and MS Teams;
  • SAP experience is an asset;
  • Ability to multitask various initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and data entry accuracy;
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Advanced time management skills to balance competing priorities;
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to work under minimal supervision;
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic;
  • Tenacious and adaptable;
  • Able to influence and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude;
  • Valid Driver’s License; and
  • Willingness to complete the 8-12-month term.

The successful candidate must live within 50Km of Sherwood Park, AB.

The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. The final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check.

This position is scheduled to be posted until the end of day: 02/14/2025. In rare circumstances, a position may be posted for less time if there has been significant interest in the role.
