Field Geologist

THE ROLE: Field Geologists work collaboratively with Denison’s Technical Services Team to support advancing our portfolio of uranium projects in the Northern Athabasca Basin. The Field Geologists will be responsible for providing field-based technical support to Denison’s 2025 field program, including collecting, interpreting, and modelling field and subsurface data.

The successful candidates must be willing and able to regularly travel and work on a 2-week on/2-week off rotation at a remote field camp in the Northern Athabasca Basin and will be responsible for arranging their own travel to a designated pick-up point en-route from Denison’s warehouse in Saskatoon to the various field program sites. Denison offers competitive compensation and shall provide board and lodging while at the Project site and all required PPE.
Note: To be considered for this role, applicants must be eligible to work in Canada. The successful candidates will be required to work in accordance with Denison’s health and safety policies and procedures at all times. This role has been designated as a safety-sensitive position and is therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing as part of the pre-employment screening process and as required thereafter in accordance with company policy.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: The Field Geologist brings strong technical skills and progressive experience in all aspects of the mining life cycle, with direct experience related to exploration and development activities and hands-on experience overseeing drilling operations. As a reliable, highly motivated, safety-oriented, project-driven geologist, the Field Geologist has solid organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating with others to achieve results.
