What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide Break-fix support on computer hardware.
  2. Provide the full range of Field Engineering support for an assigned base of large/complex clients.
  3. Take complete ownership of onsite service activity.
  4. Perform advanced-level maintenance on all products, including low-complexity installation activities.
  5. Provide technical feedback on equipment, systems, and processes to improve overall service delivery.
  6. Use advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
  7. Identify and resolve systemic issues within the team.
  8. Proactively support the needs of other team members, providing technical assistance and expertise.
  9. Contribute to improved client services metrics reporting and documentation.
  10. Monitor technical and process issues, proactively informing the manager and/or team on offering improvement recommendations.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  1. High School Diploma or GED required.
  2. May require technical certification or Associate Degree.
  3. Generally, 2-4 years’ experience in area of responsibility.
