Department Overview:
The TD Bank Group Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) Department is responsible for Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing (AML/ATF) regulatory compliance and risk management. We act as proactive advisors to TD Business Lines while ensuring risks are appropriately identified and mitigated.

Job Description Summary:
The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Road to Strong (RTS) Team develops and documents the Enterprise Road to Strong (RTS) Program strategy. The Senior Financial Crimes Risk Analyst will be responsible for:

1. Supporting a high performing team on delivery of AML compliance programs.
2. Partnering with relevant SMEs and external consultants to implement action plans.
3. Supporting the Manager and Senior Manager in executing key deliverables within Chapter 5 of the Enterprise RTS Program.

CUSTOMER

• Contribute to the development of team procedures and governance processes.
• Work with FCRM partners to support documentation and reports required by regulatory bodies.
• Conduct research, assess FCRM risks and controls, and contribute to a specialized team of FCRM compliance professionals.
• Provide governance oversight through management of policy and training exemption processes.
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and documentation to report on the status of the FCRM program.
• Deliver subject matter expertise and FCRM advice to business partners.
• Develop and deliver training programs for applicable employees across the Bank.
• Conduct meaningful research and assessment of FCRM program activities.

SHAREHOLDER

• Prioritize and manage workload to meet service and productivity requirements.
• Provide high quality service and advice to key business partners.
• Protect the organization’s interests and ensure prompt resolution of high-risk issues.
• Participate in new or revised product initiatives and advise on FCRM compliance requirements.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years relevant industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
