Family Physician

MPA are currently recruiting a Family Physician to join our client's team. The clinic is based in Markham. The model of practice is a Family Health Group, enhanced Fee for Service.

The clinic will be staffed with a minimum of 2 other Physicians with 4 rooms available for practice. There is opportunities to come into an existing wait list of up to 1500 patients and/or walk ins. In addition, there is an opportunity to work hybrid taking virtual consultations.

Their overhead split percentage is 25%, current Physicians make between $40,000 to $45,000 per month.

Their overhead includes: Office Space, Equipment, Technology (Laptop, EMR etc), Staffing & IT Support and Full Billing Services.

Responsibilities:

• In clinic and/or telemedicine care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within our team to ensure continuity of care and seamless patient experience.
• Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations as required by law.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine degree and completion of a Family Medicine Residency.
• Active or eligible for licensure with the CPSO.
• Open to candidates with medical training from the UK & Ireland, Australia & USA.
