Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in both home care and hospital settings.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status and needs.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history and clinical findings.
3. Provide acute care for patients experiencing sudden illness or injury.
4. Administer medications and manage pain management protocols as needed.
5. Maintain accurate medical records using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
6. Engage in data collection for research purposes to improve patient outcomes and healthcare practices.
7. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care in both medical office and hospital environments.
8. Educate patients and families about health management, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications.

Skills

1. Strong background in home care practices and acute care management.
2. Proficient in medication administration with a focus on safety and efficacy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
