$28.02 to $31.14 hourly. Salary and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
The Opportunity
The Faculty Administrative Assistant contributes to the success of Douglas College and its community of learners by providing a variety of administrative, logistical, and technical support in the Faculty of Applied Community Studies (ACS) while providing exceptional client-centered service on a consistent basis to all stakeholder groups, internal and external, as well as administrative support for the Deans and Office Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
This regular part-time position is available starting March 3, 2025. Hours of work will be scheduled Monday to Friday, from 11:00 am to 4:30 pm (total of 25 hours per week). Shift days and times may change depending on operational needs. Evening and occasional weekend work may be required. The position is located at the Coquitlam campus and will be required to work at all Douglas College campuses and offsite locations.
