The Facilities Manager is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring delivery of quality services while achieving set goals for revenue and profitability through effective management and coordination of teams, equipment, vendors, and facility resources.

Delivery on contract promises, increased effectiveness and/or efficiency of delivered services through deployment of ISS standards and concepts leveraging innovation and best practice opportunities.
Successful delivery of prioritized projects and programs.
In partnership with internal and external stakeholders, understand upcoming priorities and link project delivery to the needs of the business.
Deployment of relevant projects following the global/local standards while having complete ownership of project roll out and completion.
Develop own skill base in line with agreed appraisal, taking responsibility for increased performance, and ensuring continued self-improvement.

Ideal Candidate Experience
5+ years of facilities management experience, ideally in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field preferred.
Strong supervisory background desirable, not required, along with good customer service experience.
Strong computer proficiency skills with emphasis on knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point).
Excellent time management skills; able to organize and work independently; bilingual is a plus.
A valid driver’s license may be required for this role (depending on account).
Key Accountabilities
Ensure delivery on contract promises.
Identify and leverage opportunities for improvement and best practice across the account working from the global/local concept toolbox.
Responsibility for innovation at account including deploying own resources in relevant Corporate Garage activities.
PMO responsibility ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality of prioritized projects and programs on the account.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to identify and roll-out project support.
Engage in a wide network of Account Excellence Managers to ensure steady flow of best practice sharing.
Conduct periodic internal review to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction through service excellence.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Long working hours.
Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time.
Walking/Inspecting the site 50% of the time.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.

The annual salary range for this position is C$104000 per year - C$120000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
