Experienced Logistics Specialist with Reach Forklift

We are looking for someone with a lot of logistics, shipping /receiving, and Raymond Reach forklift experience to join our team in Scarborough ASAP!

This is a full time, long term position with a reputable Canadian company that has been in business for over 35 years! If you have logistics and shipping / receiving experience from a high volume warehouse – your skills are in demand!

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the transportation and distribution of goods and materials, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery.
2. Manage and track inventory levels, order shipments, and maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory status.
3. Resolve logistics issues, such as shipment delays or discrepancies in delivery, and provide timely solutions.
4. Prepare and maintain logistics reports and metrics for analysis and decision-making.
5. Optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and delivery time.
6. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations and policies.
7. Process returns and damaged goods in coordination with quality control teams.
8. Operate the Raymond Reach forklift as needed.

Requirements:

1. Must be able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN for at least 1 year.
2. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
4. Valid forklift certification.
5. At least 2 years of experience operating the Raymond Reach forklift.
6. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Shift:

Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM

Pay rate:

$24/hour
Weekly pay every Friday
