Experienced Full Time Business Analyst – Project

We are looking for a customer service representative with a familiarity and passion for Caribbean food to join our team in Richmond Hill!

Work for a company that started in Jamaica in 1922 as small traders and wharf operators. Today, the company is one of the Caribbean’s largest and most dynamic corporate entities with a network of companies located across the Caribbean, North and Central America and the United Kingdom.

Job Overview:

1. Conduct market research and data analysis to identify new business opportunities.
2. Assist on monthly reports for Partner Brands including Debit Notes.
3. Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to track sales trends, forecast demand, and develop strategic insights.
4. Support the commercial team in developing pricing strategies, promotional plans, and business proposals.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business growth initiatives.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
7. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business cases for potential new ventures.
8. Drive process improvements and contribute to the overall success of the business development team.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) In office

Rate of Pay:

$23 – $25 per hour

Must Have:

1. 1-2 yrs experience in a similar role
2. Quick thinking and problem solving skills
3. Excellent communication & comprehension
4. Follows directions, and takes initiatives
5. Proficient in computer technology, including Microsoft Office, Excel
6. Strong knowledge of social platforms
