The Gig:
We’re on the hunt for a skilled, confident, and passionate Bartender to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be the face behind the bar—mixing, shaking, and stirring up exceptional cocktails while setting the tone for great nights out. If you love the art of a perfectly built drink and know how to read a room, this is your moment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Slinging elevated cocktails with style, consistency, and speed
2. Creating genuine connections with guests and making them feel at home
3. Keeping the bar tight—stocked, spotless, and dialed in for service
4. Helping shape our seasonal cocktail menus and bar program direction
5. Working closely with the FOH and kitchen to keep things smooth and seamless
6. Offering wine and spirit pairings that make our Italian menu shine
7. Staying sharp on liquor laws and safety protocols—no cutting corners

You Bring:

1. 2+ years bartending in a busy, upscale spot
2. Solid spirits knowledge, cocktail chops, and a flair for hospitality
3. A cool head under pressure and the ability to lead from behind the bar
4. Curiosity, creativity, and respect for Italian food and culture
5. Great energy, teamwork, and a sense of humor (it goes a long way)
6. Serving It Right certification (required)
