Job Title: Experience Coordinator - CNA / Caregiver
Location: Thrive Senior Living
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Reports To: Health & Wellness Director

Job Summary:

Thrive Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Experience Coordinator - CNA / Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. This full-time, hourly position plays a crucial role in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while fostering a warm and engaging environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for serving seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting overall well-being.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the Wellness Director or nursing team.
Assist with meal service, feeding support, and hydration as needed.
Help residents participate in community activities and engagement programs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and interactions.
Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a secure environment.
Respond promptly and effectively to resident needs and emergencies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required.
Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in senior living is a plus.
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Must be able to work 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
