Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cusine in a high-end, high-volume Italian restaurant.
Strong knowledge and passion for authentic Italian cuisine.
Leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, mentorship, and development of kitchen staff.
Understanding of back-of-house financials, including food costing and inventory control.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
