Executive Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing C-Suite executives to join our team at TEC Canada. As an Executive Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and signing former CEOs, senior leaders, and entrepreneurs eager to leverage their extensive experience as TEC Chairs. TEC Chairs are based nationally across Canada and their role is to implement our unique peer advisory model to accelerate the growth and development of evolving leaders across Canada.

We are looking for a dedicated recruitment specialist who thrives on research, embraces the recruitment process, and relishes the challenge of finding the perfect fit while achieving clearly defined targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively research and source candidates, leading them through a structured funnel, and ultimately ensuring a strong fit with TEC
• Perform initial screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria before advancing through the recruitment process.
• Engage with and vet qualified leads generated through TEC’s strategic marketing activities
• Pro-actively build and maintain a vast funnel of candidates that fit successful Chair personas
• Manage TEC’s recruitment process from sourcing to contract
• Actively maintain a follow-up process to keep past candidates in the funnel in preparation to re-engage the opportunity when the time is right
• Focus on exceeding individual, department and organization goals
• Leverage TEC’s CRM to effectively track and report on recruitment activities and results

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years+ of demonstrated expertise in recruiting senior level executives and CEOs
• Experience working in a recruitment agency, in-house recruitment, or a related sales position is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual French/English a highly desired asset, but not required
