Position: Executive of Administration & Communication
Reports to: Director, Student Executive Team
Location: Davis; TRC; HMC. Please specify your home campus on your application.
Term: May 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026. May start mid-April for training
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Hours: 15-20 hours per week. Potential for more hours during off semester
Requirements: Be a full-time or part-time daytime student at Sheridan College with a GPA of at least 2.5

As a member of the SSU Executive Team, you will be an advocate on behalf of the entire Sheridan Community across all campuses, demographics, and programs. Your role is to be a top student leader, representing the interests of the students through informed feedback and observation. As the Executive team member of a specific area, you will be working under the SSU Director, Student Executive Team to create opportunities, initiatives, and further the organizational goals and priorities related to your specific position. These initiatives and opportunities will be cross-campus and will require collaboration and coordination with the other Executive members to ensure you are serving the entire Sheridan community.
Administration
Provide constant administrative support to the Director and student Executive Team, assume basic clerical work to manage daily tasks, coordinate projects, and enhance efficiency and productivity.
