Job description

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000/year (full-time / permanent)

On Side Restoration is a leading national restoration company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Executive, Insurance Solutions to join our team and drive growth within our insurance business segment. This role is ideal for a natural self-starter with professional grace and a proven track record in the insurance industry.

About the Role:

As an Executive, Insurance Solutions, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals by cultivating new business and strengthening existing client relationships within the insurance sector. You will manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, while actively seeking new opportunities to expand our market share.

Responsibilities:

Account Management

  1. Promote On Side’s value proposition to current and new team members of the Client as required.
  2. Obtain and maintain contacts of the client for account accuracy and marketing purposes (introductions, events, etc.).
  3. Assess client needs and recommend and implement strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
  4. Liaise with On Side Regional/Branch or Operations Management to confirm that the required education/certifications of the On Side staff are being met and maintained as it relates to client requirements (as per service level agreements and/or key performance indicators).
  5. Create, facilitate, and/or coordinate the delivery of various customer-focused presentations to increase market share.
  6. Regularly monitor Key Account Management program expectations and strategize accordingly.
  7. Coordinate catastrophe-related claims as required.

Business Development

  1. Seek out sales opportunities via market research, prospect lists, associations, etc.
  2. Follow up on leads: qualifying and implementing programs as confirmed.
  3. Create and facilitate presentations and otherwise influence client decision-making.
  4. Identify and offer support for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from prospective insurance clients as required.
  5. Conduct or facilitate site visits and other on/off-site meetings with potential clients, dedicated Project Managers, and other relevant people.
  6. Participate in/contribute to market strategy planning nationally.

Execution Support

  1. Support our Project Management and Operations Teams to understand our client’s specific protocols around execution, reporting, estimating, and invoicing.
  2. In conjunction with our Territory Managers, match Project Managers with specific accounts.
  3. Help with collections and dispute resolution when asked.

Experience/Attributes:

  1. Minimum of 5 years in a consultative sales environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  3. Solid understanding of customer decision-making processes and how to influence them.
  4. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  6. Strong ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings.
  7. Responsive and resourceful.
  8. Solution-oriented.
  9. Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
